Women go through menopause. We just do. BUT, we don’t need to do it with the negative symptoms that are so common.
Hot flashes, sweats (day or night), memory issues, skin issues, and any of the myriad of other symptoms of menopause are an indication that your body is out of balance. But this is not your fault. Daily living in the modern world, with its stress and denatured foods, takes its toll. You’ve probably never been taught how to keep your body and hormones in balance.
HRT (hormone replacement therapy) is not a way to bring it back into balance. HRT takes over for what your body should do naturally if it is well nourished. HRT only hides the symptoms.
I work with my clients to help them restore a healthy hormonal balance. This is where modern medicine usually falls short. They do not spend time evaluating diet and lifestyle or considering supplements that may be helpful.

It’s really about helping you achieve a hormonal-wellness balance, not about hiding symptoms.
