Snips and snails and puppy dog tails,
That’s what little boys are made of.
Sugar and spice and everything nice
That’s what little girls are made of.
But what are grownups made of?
It’s not nearly as cute! Muscles, bones, water, and FAT. Yes, it’s true. The FAT seems to be what most of us are concerned about. It’s often a question of wanting to look good, right? Sometimes it’s a question of noticing you can’t see or touch your toes, or feeling older than you really are. You don’t want to look dumpy or pudgy or old. Always, it’s a matter of health.
Maybe you’ve thought “if only I could lose 10 pounds” (or 5 or 25). And maybe you’ve tried, only to feel tired, hungry, and deflated. Maybe you do fine eating well during the day, but when evening hits, look out! It’s not a matter of willpower or won’t power, it’s a matter of balancing your chemistry, education, and support.
When you know exactly what your body is made of, and when you track those exact measurements, it’s so much easier to be successful and to see your success. It’s easier to modify what you need to do. What is IN.FORM?
IN.FORM is a 13-week supervised, group weight management program. In weekly IN.FORM classes you will be privately weighed (oh no!) and measured (yuck!) Before you run screaming at the thought of being weighed, let me introduce you to the Bio-Tracker.
What is the IN.FORM BioTracker?
The Bio-Tracker looks like an electronic bathroom scale, but it’s so much more. We start with entering your age and height. You stand on it with bare feet (we disinfect it after every person), and we wait for it to do its thing. When it does, we scroll through the numbers on the screen to see your results. We’ll see how much you weigh, what your percentage body fat is, how well hydrated you are, how many pounds of muscle you have, how many pounds of bone you have, how much fat you have tucked in around your organs (visceral fat), and how old your body thinks you are.

Then we’ll have a fun and engaging workshop on the wellness and weight management topic of the week. There will be fun weekly incentives and rewards. With this kind of support, education, and encouragement, it’s not uncommon for people to lose pounds of fat, increase muscle mass, feel increased energy, and take years off their metabolic age in just 13 weeks. You’ll be able to see your progress on paper and feel it in your body!
